Cross-cultural teams in Japan struggle with trust. Japanese and foreign staff work side by side but rarely connect beyond surface-level politeness. Standard team-building doesn’t cross the cultural gap.
What I built
A library of structured team activities designed specifically for cross-cultural trust-building. Each activity has clear facilitator instructions, time estimates, and cultural notes.
